Subscriptions are month to month and they can be cancelled at any time.

In the event that a member wishes to add additional dependants to their subscription, all relevant information on the application form will need to be completed and submitted to palesas@trumd.co.za.
Where a client opts for the Family Package, that information will be shared with the Workshop17 team to facilitate the invoicing process accordingly.

EasiMed subscription – YES, you may receive selected acute medications at no additional cost on this option when clinically appropriate and prescribed by a TruMD doctor.
TruMD Individual Package or TruMD Family Package – NO, medication is not included.
However, the doctor may issue you a valid prescription, which you can take to a pharmacy to purchase the medication yourself.

Acute medication is medicine prescribed for short-term illnesses or conditions that need immediate treatment, such as flu, infections, pain, allergies, stomach issues, and minor skin conditions.

Yes. Where clinically appropriate, a TruMD doctor may prescribe acute medication after a virtual consultation.
