Job brief
As the Logistics and the location’s right-hand person, you will be responsible for ensuring that the location is well maintained, including the café area and the meeting and event areas, and assisting with planning and managing five-star service.
You will grasp the ins and outs of every event and community procedures to understand the members' needs, wants and everything in between! Ensuring successful events and happier members. You own customer service, with your friendly, problem-solving, can-do attitude. Team-player, tick that box, you’re energetic and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

General scope of work
Community, Meeting & Event Support
Set up and reset meeting rooms to the required standards.
Ensure spaces are clean, organised, and fully equipped.
Assist with catering and beverage service for meetings.
Provide support during events and bookings.
Assist with reception duties such as parking, deliveries, etc.
Stock & Facilities
Assist with stock control and stocktaking.
Ensure proper storage and labelling of items.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or breakages.
Maintain the cleanliness of the café, kitchen, and shared spaces, including the terrace.
Customer Service
Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service.
Respond promptly to member requests.
Proactively assist members, guests, and team members.
Team Support
Provide general support across the location.
Assist with both scheduled and ad hoc operational tasks, including assisting during staff shortages.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality (restaurant, hotel, etc) or eventing environment.
Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong service focus.
Exposure to event support, meeting room setup, or office operations is beneficial.
Basic experience with stock control and handling deliveries.
