Reception & Hosting
Assist in managing the reception area and front-of-house responsibilities.
Deliver a professional, welcoming and concierge-style support to all guests, including recommendations and general workspace needs.
Serve as the first point of contact and direct visitors appropriately.
Maintain a polished and organized front desk environment at all times.
General scope of work
Community Management Support
Assist with member onboarding and offboarding processes.
Conduct walkthroughs and regular space checks.
Guide members in using the my.w17 community platform.
Manage, resolve, or escalate member queries timeously, including parking requests and member access queries.
Assist with executing community engagement initiatives and member events.
Financial Administration
Update daily payment tracking sheets accurately.
Assist with raising purchase orders and invoices for office consumables.
Operations and Facilities Support
Assist with logging maintenance issues and escalating internally.
Monitor workspace cleanliness and meeting room setups daily.
Manage stock levels of consumables and stationery.
Experience
A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front-of-house, reception, or customer service roles.
Experience in coworking, hotels, events, or premium hospitality environments will be advantageous.
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
Professional appearance and presentation. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Provide general support to the location team and assist across departments when required.
